Custom Builds

You bought the land, and you have a picture in your head of how you want to live there. Our job is to make it real.

Paul Davey builds custom homes in Southold, Greenport, Mattituck, Cutchogue and on Shelter Island. We handle the whole build, from the foundation to the roof to the last piece of trim, with the same trusted crew on every job.

All the way through, you know where things stand. Clients tell us that’s what sets us apart.

You have the vision. We make it real.
