Home addition under construction by Sligo Construction

REMODEL YOUR HOME

Renovations & Additions

Many of our clients didn’t buy the house they wanted. They bought the right spot, with an older house on it, and a picture of what it could be.

We take on whole-house and gut renovations, extensions and additions, from a new wing to a full second story. Paul gives a small addition the same attention as a full rebuild.

You have the vision. We make it real.

Renovated open kitchen with white cabinets and oak floors
Patio with a wood pergola and outdoor seating
Bright living room with French doors and wood floors

Keep what you love. Change the rest.

We’ll walk the house with you and talk through what stays and what goes. From demolition to the final coat of paint, you’ll know where things stand.

“So many times, the breakdown in communication leads to problems, but I can say with certainty that this was never the case with Paul.”
— Richard and Gina Bonati, Southold
